Parking was a nightmare! We drove around at midnight, trying five different lots before finally finding one open. It was frustrating, especially since the staff had no idea about their own recommendations. Definitely not a good start!

the bar area added a lovely touch with its chic vibe. the location is convenient, being just a short walk from various restaurants and attractions. throughout my stay, the staff was friendly and offered helpful assistance. i also appreciated the unique shower design in my snug room, making it a fun experience overall.
Not ideal for colleagues 🤷♂️, shared shower privacy is limited.

The location was perfect, close to the Temple Bar area.
For what I paid, my experience was very disappointing. Getting to my room reminded me of navigating a maze. No one offered assistance despite the hotel price. I found myself frustrated trying to figure out everything solo, which should not happen at a hotel of this caliber.
